Competence, diligence, consistency and passion: Christian Schmid is convinced that these are the pillars that underpin success. Values such as honesty, reliability, integrity and a willingness to help are important to him and define his day-to-day conduct. He finished his career as a professional athlete at 26; however, the experiences he gathered in professional team sport continue to help him today while advising his clients, above all, professional athletes. Learning from situations, recognising opportunities and adopting a reflective point of view: all this enables him to tackle complex issues for “his” athletes and implement their ideas in the best possible way.

His training as a business mediator and the resulting skill of finding solutions with creativity, empathy and a flair for negotiation have made a lasting impact on him.
